1 General Terms & Applicability

3 Age Verification & KYC Process

MelberYou must be at least 18 years old to use any financial services on -. This is not just a legal requirement — it is strictly enforced to protect minors.

For example, a 10x wagering requirement means:

• Any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited upon expiry

6 Betting Rules & Result Determination

MelberOnce a bet is confirmed on Sports Betting, it cannot be cancelled — you may only use the Cash Out feature to secure a partial return.

• If a match is abandoned or cancelled, the stake will be refunded
• The decisions of official sports governing bodies are final in determining event outcomes
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Melber Reserves the right to void that bet
• If a live bet is not placed due to a network disconnection, a full refund will be issued
• If an event in an accumulator bet is cancelled, that leg is removed from the multiplier

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities Melber- strictly prohibits the following, and any violation may result in permanent account termination:

• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonus offers
• Using artificial or coordinated betting patterns to abuse bonus requirements
• Using funds from money laundering or illegal sources on the platform
• Exploiting technical glitches or bugs on the platform
• Using automated software or bots to place bets
• Using another person's account or placing bets on their behalf
• Threatening or harassing the platform or other users

If suspicious activity is detected Melber May suspend an account without prior notice and withhold any funds held pending the conclusion of an investigation.

8 Responsible Gaming

Melber Believes that gaming is entertainment — not a source of income. That's why the platform includes a range of self-protection tools:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits
• Loss limit: Automatically stops betting once a set loss amount is reached
• Session time limit: Limit continuous playing sessions
• Self-Exclusion: Temporary account suspension from 24 hours up to 6 months
• Permanent closure: Account permanently closed upon request — this action cannot be reversed
